Before the session
I will ask you several questions in order to help understand your present situation, and your expectations regarding the regression. At this time, if you would like to ask your guides a question, you may do so.
During the session
You will need to find a comfortable position, lying down, and in a quiet place. During the session you will be aware of my voice, and be able to answer questions I ask in order to help guide you through the experience. If the session is on line, please have a computer with a camera placed closely enough to your face that I can see your expressions and hear you, even if you speak in a whisper. I will record your session on my phone in order for you to relisten to the regression at your leisure. Once you have received the recording, I will erase the session from my phone.
After the session
We will take the time to debrief your experience. Two days after the session, I will reach out to see if you have any questions or wish to discuss any specific memories of the experience.
